Our innovative Attorney Trust Account Program simplifies and streamlines escrow management, facilitates bookkeeping, assists with effective reconciliation for managing client funds and information, and eases the burden and costs associated with regulatory compliance. This highly regarded service is provided to you in a program that includes:
- Trust Checking Account (TCA)
- Client Benefit Trust Account (CBTA)
- Interest on Lawyer Account (IOLA & IOLTA)

- We provide consolidated monthly statements for fast easy reference on all components
- We can create individual sub-accounts for clients
- As part of this service, we distribute 1099s on earned interest to your clients and make all payments to the IOLA / IOLTA Fund
